oh hay polyvore! it's been a while! i didn't go to homecoming, because my social anxiety is really bad. buuut my therapist is forcing me to go to the fall dance we're having, which is casual and for fundraising. there's this really cute hipster guy who's into the same music and stuff as me so it probably won't be a beatles shirt [even though i loooove the beatles] i'll probably wear my jukebox the ghost or arcade fire shirt just so he might come and talk to me ;)
my style's changed alot. in summer i'm confident enough to dress girly but once school starts i revert back to my boyish vintage kind of style. anyways, hope you like the outfit. the necklace is referring to an adorable pocketwatch necklace i got from etsy: http://www.etsy.com/listing/97908017/alice-in-wonderland-pocket-watch it's pretty cheaply made but for the price it's amazing. i love it <3 ALSO THE DENIM SHIRT IS OBVI SUPPOSED TO BE UNBUTTONED.
this outfit is stunning, and so is chelsea. it has potential to be casual or dressy. i couldn't find a top quite like hers but a sweater is pretty much the same look.
skinny jeans, leggings, and skirts with tights look great with these shoes. i'm in love with the bottom outfit. they're both inspired by kat graham's skeleton pants outfit at a nightclub back in june: http://www.wetpaint.com/the-vampire-diaries/articles/vampire-diaries-kat-graham-wears-skeleton-pants-on-the-red-carpet-hot-or-not and she was getting a lot of grief for it, but personally i think it wasn't bad.
anyways, someone was asking this on yahoo answers so i thought it'd be fun to find good outfits for them. i'm buying some soon.
i'm not concerned about the items in my polyvore sets. for me, they're guidelines: if the item is over $50 i will probably never buy it. i just have look-alikes.
